Hello!
Been a while, eh?
Rebrand and all that.
I'm pretty aware that this is a dead website, which makes it all the greater for me to post shit that doesn't matter.
In this case, I'm planning on doing NaNoWriMo this year, which will be my first attempt in quite a long time. For the first time since high school, I feel like I actually have enough time and self-care measures in place to truly dedicate myself to a solid attempt to write 50,000 words in 30 days.
My current plan is to write a story that's been percolating in the back of my head since 2011 and post regular updates here during the month of November.
It's going to be very gay, very sad, and probably more of a form of self-therapy for me than much of a pleasant read. It's less about feeling obligated to post content on behalf of anyone else, but more about knowing in my own heart that I can't cheat my wordcount. We'll see what happens.
In other news, I am also planning on reviving my YouTube channel. Currently it is a cringe museum of Sonic AMVs that I made in middle school. I'm planning on posting some original music, cover performances, and probably some memes.
So still a cringe museum, but at least one that will (hopefully) age better.

Anyways, I just made this nifty little NaNoWriMo donation page, so I thought I'd stick that here >> www.stayclassy.org/fundraise?i… << and then scurry off to plan more writings. None of the monies actually goes to me. It all goes to the awesome people who run NaNoWriMo each year, so it'd be great if you could contribute. I'm not actually expecting much, but hey, I could be wrong...
My NaNo project this year is going to be Dark Flame, my second most ambitious writing project after Colorblind. Some of you may remember it, some of you won't. In any case, it's getting a fresh new start, and hopefully many more words to come.
Five months bluh bluh
I'M STILL ALIVE WHAT IS THIS.And now I am a high school graduate. Crazy, right?
However, most of my summer will be spent in Reno, where my mom will be getting cancer treatment for the next few months. Fun stuff. Good news is that this strain of treatment seems to be effective, so hopefully all this hassle will be good for something...
Fingers crossed that I'll be able to make it back to Boulder in time to go to the National Latin Convention. It'll be my first and last opportunity to be able to attend as a student, and I'm really, really hoping I don't miss it.
I'll be going to CU next year to study Classics and Integrative Physiology (BIG WORDS), and will most likely (read: almost definitely) be living with the lulzy arnikitty, which will be...well, lulzy.
And awesome, don't forget awesome.As far as what this means for all you dA people, I'm sitting on a giant pile of writing that has been building up since creative writing last semester onwards that I haven't gotten around to editing and typing up they forced me to write everything on paper aaahhh so once I have enough time, I'll get around to posting it. Mostly poetry and random prose. Very little on Colorblind, but I've been working on and off with a new story titled "Lucid", which may or may not end up here sooner or later.
